phsabong Terms & Conditions

1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phsabong" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at phsabong.vip, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Platform" means the phsabong website, mobile-optimized site, and any progressive web application made available to users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phsabong Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the phsabong Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered by phsabong, including live casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, and sabong.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on phsabong.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phsabong Platform, creating an Account, or using any phsabong Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the phsabong Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the phsabong Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

3Eligibility

To register and use phsabong, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phsabong, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the phsabong Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4Account Registration

To access phsabong Services, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) Account per person. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phsabong immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

phsabong reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to provide such documentation as phsabong may reasonably request for verification purposes.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phsabong are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine debit cards.
• phsabong does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method.
• phsabong does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• phsabong reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

6Bonuses & Promotions

phsabong may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• phsabong reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• phsabong's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the phsabong Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or use of phsabong Services.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the phsabong Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phsabong's software, systems, or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phsabong staff, support agents, or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location.

phsabong reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be in violation of this section, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the phsabong Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of phsabong or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phsabong Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phsabong content without prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phsabong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond phsabong's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the phsabong Platform.

phsabong's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phsabong Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Responsible Gaming

phsabong is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phsabong Platform.

11Termination

phsabong reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to phsabong Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if phsabong reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct on the Platform.
• Failed to meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting phsabong customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phsabong operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by PAGCOR. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the phsabong Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13Amendments

phsabong reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phsabong will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phsabong Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
